Wayne State University is searching for an experienced Assistant Professor- Law School at its Detroit campus location.

Essential functions (job duties):

Wayne State University Law School aims to hire two tenure-track faculty members to begin in Fall 2025. For the first position, we seek entry-level or junior (untenured) lateral candidates working in any subject area. For the second position, we seek entry-level or junior (untenured) lateral candidates working in race and the law generally and Black studies and the Black experience in particular. For all positions, we are looking for outstanding scholars and teachers whose experiences and perspectives will enrich our community.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited law school with JD degree.
